STAN A. KINOSHITA & ASSOCIATES, INC. " Professional Planning Consultants" Stan A. Kinoshita & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1966 by Stan A. Kinoshita. The company specializes in establishing and administering Employee Benefit Plans, particularly Tax-Qualified Retirement Plans. It employs a total of 12 people, including a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certified by the American Society of Pension Actuaries, a Registered Financial Planner (RFP), and a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC). Two of the employees are also members of the National Institute of Pension Administrators. The principals of the firm are:

Stan A. Kinoshita, founder of the company, is a Registered Financial Planner, and has over 40 years of experience in the pension and estate planning area. He has also been a leader in the insurance industry for the past 50 years. Bradley T. Kinoshita is a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Accredited Estate Planner, holds a Masters Degree in Financial Services (MSFS). He joined the company in 1983 and heads the Life and Estate Planning division, and also works in the Qualified Retirement Plan area. Sheri M. Nishida, QPA, is a Qualified Pension Administrator certified by the American Society of Pension Actuaries. She joined the company in 1992 and heads the Pension Department. Errol L. Kimura joined the company in 1979 and specializes in the Property & Casualty insurance area.The company administers all types of Qualified Retirement Plans with plans around the State. Annual administration fees are flat fees based on the type of plan and number of plan participants. Annual fees start as low as $350, depending on the plan type and number of participants. There are NO FEES based as a PERCENTAGE of plan assets! Stan A. Kinoshita & Associates, Inc. does NOT invest any of the plan assets, make investment decisions, or give investment advice. These responsibilities are usually left to the plan Trustee, or investment counselor .
